Dr. David Keellings is an Assistant Professor of Geography at the University of Florida. His research focuses on the climatology of extreme events such as heat waves and hurricanes. He has received funding from NSF, NIH, and NOAA and his research has been highlighted in the national press. David is a passionate educator and cherishes working with students on research. He is also a big Supporter of SEDAAG having only missed a couple of meetings over the last 15 years.
