PhD, Florida State University
Dr. Rachael Cofield (they/them) is a queer geographer writing about gentrification and placemaking in the US South. They are Specialized Teaching Faculty and Undergraduate Coordinator at Florida State University. They have sought to increase accessibility and promote inclusion and have been in the feminist geography community throughout their academic career, and are excited to bridge queer and feminist ideas in SEDAAG spaces. In their free time (a hypothetical notion, really) they enjoy traveling, tabletop gaming, and “so-bad-it’s-good” TV.
