Dr. Rachael Cofield
Florida State University
Dr. Rachael Cofield (they/them) is a queer geographer writing about gentrification and placemaking in the US south. They’re Assistant Teaching Faculty and Undergraduate Director at Florida State University. Both in academic and non-profit spaces they have sought to increase accessibility and promote the discipline of geography. They’ve been in the feminist geography community throughout their academic career and are excited to bridge queer and feminist ideas in SEDAAG spaces. Their free time (a hypothetical notion, really) they enjoy traveling, tabletop gaming, and ‘so-bad-it’s-good’ TV.
